On the Counterpunch Web site, a blog posting titled Outsourcing Engineering: the Death of US Engineering. Grim reading from an economist. It's no mystery to those of us in the technology business.

This is as true of the software side as any other technical / engineering discipline. The squeeze hits entry level jobs as well as more experienced jobs and puts the brakes on the number of candidates for growth to visionary and leadership roles in the industry.
